Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. (Unless an Emergency occurs)

If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of $25 will be charged. This policy ensures that the time slot can potentially be filled by another client.

Payment is due on completion of the service. A late fee of $20 per day will be applied to any payments not received within this timeframe.

To ensure efficient and high quality cleaning services, I ask that all homes be properly prepared before my arrival. This allows me to focus on providing the best cleaning experience possible.

Toys and laundry must be picked up before my arrival. I do not pick up, fold, or move laundry or toys.

If the space is overcluttered (80% or more), it will not be cleaned.
