Terms of Service

Life happens, and I completely understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. This allows me to offer your appointment time to another client. Thank you for respecting my time as a small business owner.

Payment is due upon completion of services. A late fee of $20.00 could be added to invoices unpaid after 7 days.

Payment Options: Cash, cheque or E-Transfer currently available.

To ensure efficient and high quality cleaning services, I ask that all homes be properly prepared before my arrival. This allows me to focus on providing the best cleaning experience possible.

Pre-Cleaning Checklist:

Tidy Up: Please put away toys, books, and clothes.

Clear Countertops: Remove extra items from kitchen counters and bathroom vanities so we can sanitize surfaces.
