Terms of Service

  • We understand that plans change!

    To be fair to our team, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee of $25.00.

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service. A late fee of $25.00 will be added to invoices unpaid after 7 days.

    Payment Options: Cash, cheque or E-Transfer currently available.

  • To ensure efficient and high quality cleaning services, I ask that all homes be properly prepared before my arrival. This allows me to focus on providing the best cleaning experience possible.

    Pre-Cleaning Checklist:

    Tidy Up: Please put away toys, books, and clothes.

    Clear Countertops: Remove extra items from kitchen counters and bathroom vanities so we can sanitize surfaces.
