Terms of Service

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. (Unless an Emergency occurs)

    If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of $25 will be charged. This policy ensures that the time slot can potentially be filled by another client.

  • Payment is due on completion of the service. A late fee of $20 per day will be applied to any payments not received within this timeframe.

  • To ensure efficient and high quality cleaning services, I ask that all homes be properly prepared before my arrival. This allows me to focus on providing the best cleaning experience possible.

  • Toys and laundry must be picked up before my arrival. I do not pick up, fold, or move laundry or toys.

    If the space is overcluttered (80% or more), it will not be cleaned.
